the last year in graduating journey there a course called bio490*seminar , in this course in order to graduate we need to make a senior project. we need to read specific type of science articles the doctor recommends for us or we must choose an article by ourselves . we must read it , summarize it then present it .at that time in 2019 was corona virus period started and the university was online. I have choose this article safety tolerability immunogenicity of a recombinant adenovirustype-5vectored COVID 19 vaccine: A dose escalation, open label non randomized first in human trial from the journal the lancet because corona was a newly health problem. This article was the first article released that introduce what is corona and the trial done to find the validate vaccine . So in seminar We have like 20 days to read it then to summarize it and to write it on PowerPoint(as main points) and then at a specific time we need to explain it and discuss it with the doctor : Mohammad Salla . In this PowerPoint you will find an introduction what is corona virus components , its effect side on the infected person , how to manage the virus and the characteristics that the vaccine taken to be trialed on humans , then how they did the experiment on peoples using three doses time. Then they used the results obtained to test the safety and immunogenicity of the vaccine in defending the corona virus. Below you will find the PowerPoint that i have created and all the needed information is recorded there. as an overall at that time the information about the newly virus was weak , but the article provided my colloquies and I about so many hidden information how the virus work and how the vaccine protects us
