teaching and learning is a miracle happened for the human beings. as the food is the nourchment for our bodies, reading and studying are nourchment for our minds and souls. and every persons passes by the these two stages of learning and teaching .every one has his own experience that is good or even bad by which we meet amazing person that inspires us to continue the road of teaching or learning like families, teachers, administrations, friends and even unknown people faced on internet maybe. not teaching alone that creates this happiness inside our souls but also the way it arrived to us . by the way we are matters instead of information and subjects importance mattering
it was a pleasure that person become a teacher, a helper friend and loyal leader. and for this to happen you must show the ethics you have: teachers must treat their students like their own brothers and sister and never say for them a words that is un accepted. Try to let them feel like they can do the acquired things they are responsible to do . finally the information will come to their minds but what that lasts in their mind is the feeling that their potential they give is not enough and they are not mattered to us, or we don't love them.
then follow a strategy by which the information taken is not a study by it self but it is a discovery, art and invention . good teacher changes the way of oriented information into more modern one. they must know that the learn is not a simple word comes out . to learn you must reflect ,solve, create grow and think to give learn.
